Ingredients
Balance is essential in exfoliation, as overusing strong AHAs can cause skin sensitisation and premature ageing. PHAs, with larger molecules than AHAs and BHAs, exfoliate the skin’s surface gently, making them perfect for sensitive skin while protecting the skin barrier. Gluconolactone, a powerful PHA, breaks down dead skin cells and hydrates the skin, restoring texture and tone for a radiant glow, while enhancing vitamin A absorption. Prickly pear extract boosts natural exfoliation enzymes, supporting vitamin A’s cell regeneration benefits. Aloe vera and acai soothe inflammation and hydrate. Medik8’s Press & Glow Daily Exfoliating PHA Tonic uses PHAs and enzyme activators to exfoliate and hydrate, working with vitamin A to brighten skin without causing irritation, making glowing skin easy and gentle.
