ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
- All essentials like the shampoo service, head massage and styling are already included in the package price.
- These packages (apart from Premium Global Colour & Cut for Long or Thick Hair) are designed for medium-density hair above shoulder length. Extra charges may apply from $25 for longer, thicker hair or extended regrowth. We will advise you before we start - or you don't have to pay the extra. We also offer a free, no-obligation 15 minute consultation if you would like to talk to our stylists about your desired look.
- Premium Global Colour & Cut Package for Long or Thick Hair: Firm Price Guarantee applies only when this voucher is used for a standard global colour service. It does not apply if the service is changed to a different type. It does not apply for hair longer than mid-waist level. The guarantee also excludes any corrective work needed to fix box dye results or services that require lightening. Extra charges will apply for exceptionally long hair past mid-waist (belly button) length.
