The promoter

1. The promoter is Vivo Salons LP

How to enter
2. To enter, complete the Vivo VIP quiz at www.vivo.co.nz/vivo-vip-membership and submit your email address on the prize draw step.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You don't need to join Vivo VIP to enter.
4. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, including entries using different email addresses, may be disqualified.

Who can enter
5. The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
6. Vivo employees, contractors and their immediate families are not eligible.

Competition period
7. The competition opens at 12:00PM NZT on 09/10/2026 and closes at 11:59PM NZT on 19/12/2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The draw
8. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 20/12/2026.
9. The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw. If they don't respond within 10 working days, Vivo may draw another winner.
10. With the winner's permission, Vivo may publish their first name and town or city.

The prize
11. The prize consists of up to eight (8) Cut & Colour services at Vivo Hair Salons within 12 months from the date of issue. The total prize value is up to $4,000 NZD.
12. Each service is capped at a maximum value of $500 NZD and includes any standard colour service (root retouch, balayage, all-over lightening, foils, global colour, Elumen, toner), haircut, luxury basin treatment and a blow wave or style. Any amount over $500 for a single service will be charged to the winner. Any unused balance from a service cannot be carried over to another visit.
13. The winner may redeem the prize at any of the 80+ Vivo locations nationwide. Appointments are subject to availability.
14. The prize is not transferable, is valid only for the winner named on the prize (photo ID required), and is not redeemable for cash.
15. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer, and cannot be used towards product purchases.
16. The prize does not include chemical straightening, keratin smoothing treatments, Nanoplasty or hair extensions. Any additional services will be charged to the winner.
17. Any unused services will expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended or reinstated.

General
20. Vivo may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms.
21. If circumstances beyond its control require it, Vivo may change, suspend or cancel the competition, or substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
22. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
