I’m sure most people get used to complaints and seldom hear the good stuff so I thought I’d take the time to say thank you. Last week I had an appointment with Adrianne at Upper Hutt who has always been amazing - hard act to follow after my stylist Natalie, became a regional manager - but unfortunately, Adrianne was ill. The salon tried to call me several times to reschedule but I didn’t answer the call. I turned up to a full salon, when I explained that I had a crazy few weeks ahead they juggled things around and I got my roots done (vital - my hair grows quickly and the grey is very visible after 5/6 weeks), fringe cut and even offered a blow dry. Great service and all whilst everyone in the salon was busy and run off their feet. Next my partner offered to join your men’s hair cut training session today. He’s come home with hair shorter than he’s ever had before but looks gorgeous (yes I’m biased - but quite honest too). He loves the look and raved about the process - even remarked about how Danielle who cut his hair said his hair was clean so she’d cut it first and then wash after so he wouldn’t feel itchy etc after the cut. So all in all a huge big thumbs up for Vivo. As we can’t have you as our personal stylist Natalie - we sure do rate those you’ve passed us on to. - Robyn & Phil
