Night-time Routine: 

Apply a small amount of the product to freshly cleansed and toned skin, 2-4 times per week, as part of your nightly skincare regimen.

Use as tolerated based on your skin's sensitivity. 

Follow with a hydrating moisturizer if additional moisture is needed.

May be used for the day time | however, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF moisturizer if sun exposure is expected.
