Directions for Use:

For dry skin, it is recommended to use the product 1-2 times per week for best results. On the other hand, oily skin benefits from more frequent exfoliation to help control excess oil and prevent breakouts so it is recommended to use this product 3-4 times per week.

• Massage scrub onto dry skin before you shower from the neck down (avoid face)
• For extra exfoliation use the dry brush as your scrub in the before
• Leave for a couple of minutes
• Rinse off thoroughly in the shower
• Apply our AFTER oil immediately after the shower for skin hydration
